This question is for anyone living near the area around Washington DC?
Has anyone seen or heard of the existence of men na red robe walking figure of Washington DC, near Union Station in August? One of my friends have adopted what is believed to be either an abandoned hotel .. or empty and robes walking red walking in a figure 8 .. and occasionally stop and reverse face wuz .. and then continue with your figure eight know anyone .. WuT who they are or they do?
