What eventually park my car in a space of two hours in Washington DC?
I just moved to Washington DC and have no parking pass. The area around my building, said limit of two hours 7 am-8: 30 PM. Does that mean that if I left my car parked for the night a further period of two hours, starting at 7, so I can leave my car there before 9? Where is my car considered to be already present in eight hours must be in 7 hours? I would appreciate any clarification, thanks! PS-I plan to obtain a license as soon as possible, not try to circumvent the law
Yes, you can leave your car until 9 pm and again repark at 6:30 pm. A word to the wise (because I've been there!), After some weeks, the application of parking tickets can start as someone who always is parked on the street, but still not allowed to. I started them after about 3 months, I believe (zone 6 zone). When you go to the DMV and get your vehicle inspected in the middle of the week and not at first, he or afternoon. It makes all the difference in having to wait 15 minutes to 3 hours. Good luck!
